For small and medium-sized organizations, the customer database is often in the heads of the company's managers. Project tracking is on an Excel or Google Sheet. Marketing and sales processes are scattered between different tools.
For A+, which was aware of this reality, the aim was to centralize as much customer information as possible on an efficient, easy-to-use CRM platform. After being supported by Auxilio experts during a marketing and sales analysis phase, the A+ management team definitively chose the HubSpot platform to help them in their day-to-day work.
The choice of HubSpot CRM and tools was supported by the platform's ease of use, and its ability to be connected to other technological solutions.
Following the mapping of internal processes and the choice of the right Hubs (Marketing, Operations, and Sales), Auxilio experts supported the A+ teams in the full implementation of the HubSpot platform, the setting up of marketing and sales processes, and training.

An efficient CRM platform to centralize data
Managing customer data is always a huge challenge for companies.
Having information everywhere, in different tools, and in different heads (because sometimes the information is held by just a few people), is a real challenge on a daily basis.
This often results in wasted time, confused information, misaligned teams, and therefore a lack of long-term productivity.
Therefore Auxilio's experts brought together the data used by marketing and sales in the all-in-one HubSpot platform. The goal was to centralize all data from lead acquisition to the end-of-service projects.
This is where Auxilio's RevOps (Marketing Ops and Sales Ops) expertise came into its own. Auxilio's experts helped to :

A+, like many companies, uses numerous digital tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, WordPress, Acumatica, specialized tools for their sector, etc.
One of the major objectives was to reduce the Technology Stack so that everyone in Marketing and Sales (business developers, sales reps, project managers, account managers, analysts, etc.) could concentrate on their day-to-day missions and thus gain efficiency.
The Auxilio experts' job was, firstly, to identify duplicate tools, recommend the right tools to implement (HubSpot and other necessary integrations) but also, above all, to ensure that everything was connected to HubSpot as far as possible, to ensure business continuity.

Making work systems and processes more accessible and easier for employees
The aim is twofold:
- To make daily tasks less arduous, less time-consuming, and less tedious for employees,
Make it easier for everyone to understand and adhere to the processes implemented in everyday tools. - To avoid silos between teams and lack of alignment, Auxilio's experts have fully integrated work processes into HubSpot in a simple and effective way.
For example: when a lead arrives, it automatically enters HubSpot, and all its management is carried out in a follow-up pipeline.
From lead maturity to the declaration of opportunity, when it becomes a "deal" in the sales pipeline.
Several workflows have been built to automate recurring elements, create reminder tasks for project managers, and manage the sales pipeline.
