    Phase 1

    ANALYSIS AND PLANNING

    What does it involve?

    Our experts set up workshops with your teams, generally by department (Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, etc.), to build a project plan.

    Deliverables

    • Solution architecture diagram
    • Entity relationship diagram (ERD)
    • Proposal of relevant products and tools, and a support plan to implement them.

    Phase 2

    MINIMUM VIABLE FOOTPRINT

    What does it involve?

    Based on the plan defined together during the first phase, Auxilio's experts help you identify the minimum viable implementation for rapid impact. They support you in implementing the various tools at your own pace and according to your needs.

    Deliverables

    • Identification of the minimum viable implementation that will have a concrete impact on your processes, platforms, human resources and revenues, without taking years to implement.

    Phase 3

    CONTINUOUS OPTIMIZATION

    What does it involve?

    Once the second phase has been completed and the minimum viable implementation has been achieved, Auxilio will work with you to develop your project and add any additional functionalities identified in phase 1 that were not included in the MVP.
