With HubSpot's payment tool, you can collect one-time and recurring payments from your customers directly in your CRM using quotes or payment links.
Payment links can be shared directly with your customers via email or chat, or added directly to your website pages.
This feature has been available since last year but has been improved since then.
A payment schedule allows merchants selling services to break down a large invoice into a series of installments, each with its own due date, amount and name.
Available in the Sales Hub, in the Quote tool directly.

All companies that want to manage their online payments and collect them via their CRM. This allows to have more data connected to the customer experience.
HubSpot Payments allows you to better centralize all customer data around the CRM by including even invoices paid in installments, with timelines.
You can now connect a WhatsApp business account as a messaging channel in the shared inbox and communicate with your prospects and customers.
This integration will support both business WhatsApp messages and contact-initiated WhatsApp messages (with video and image support), and conversations will be visible on the contact record. 🗨️
Marketing and Service Hub Professional and Enterprise
