What is it?
Now you can customize the right and left sidebars in your HubSpot CRM and introduce conditional logic to display only the cards relevant to different teams. 😮
You can display a chart with page views, a table with summary data about your customers, a button to start a workflow or even data from internal systems, Google Sheets or an Amplitude chart.

Sales Hub - Deeper configuration of your board card on your pipelines
What is it?
HubSpot Admins can now select up to four properties to display on the cards of all pipeline objects: deals, tickets and custom objects.
When you have multiple pipelines, customize the cards to display different properties at each stage of the pipeline.

Commerce - Hubspot's integrated payments tool more powerful
What is it?
With HubSpot's payment tool, you can collect one-time and recurring payments from your customers directly in your CRM using quotes or payment links.
Payment links can be shared directly with your customers via email or chat, or added directly to your website pages.
This feature has been available since last year but has been improved since then.
What is new in HubSpot Payement?
A payment schedule allows merchants selling services to break down a large invoice into a series of installments, each with its own due date, amount and name.

All companies that want to manage their online payments and collect them via their CRM. This allows to have more data connected to the customer experience.
HubSpot Payments allows you to better centralize all customer data around the CRM by including even invoices paid in installments, with timelines.

What is it?
You can now connect a WhatsApp business account as a messaging channel in the shared inbox and communicate with your prospects and customers.

All companies that want to communicate in a more personal way with their prospects or customers, via WhatsApp, and keep track of these conversations in the contact form.
Conversations made via WhatsApp will be visible on the contact form, with support for video and images (only for business WhatsApp accounts or messages initiated by your customers).
Marketing Hub - Improved marketing campaigns in Hubspot
What is it?
Marketing campaigns have been optimized in the Marketing Hub tool, here are some examples
- Improved collaboration tool allowing support for comment threads, as well as attachments and highlighting of certain comments,
- Ability to include forms as an asset in a campaign,
- Ability to add a number in the budget field to allow for more robust reporting
- Ability to view revenue attribution and transaction attribution directly in campaigns,
- Ability to compare the performance of two or more campaigns against each other,
- Better understanding of how each contact was influenced.

This year, the events will be available on LinkedIn only, and other advertising tools such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, will arrive later (no date announced).

Every marketer in the world dreams of having more data on digital ad spending, so HubSpot will give more information on conversion events (much like Google Ads already does), but in a way that is connected to your customer journey, because it is still in the HubSpot CRM.
